  • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and personal cheques - we are sorry but we can only accept cheques from buyers within the UK.

  • How do I pay by credit / debit card?
    Card payments processed by Paypal
    Currently, we process card payments through Paypal - you don't need a Paypal account for this, simply look for the credit card logos when you reach paypal & click the link to continue - enter your card details and billing address here & bingo- you've paid!  And theres no need to worry about lost or stolen details either thanks to Paypal's 128 bit encryption key (extra super duper safe!!)

  • Do you charge extra tax on top of my order total?
    No!  All taxes are included in the price displayed - no hidden charges!

  • How much do your items cost in my currency? (if outside the UK)
    We no longer offer a currency conversion service but you can check the value of your order quickly & easily by visiting xe.com - they have upto the minute conversion rates for every currency!


  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We aim to process all orders within 3 days of purchase (or payment clearing) after that, its in the hands of the postal workers.

    UK orders are shipped 1st Class & generally take 1-3 days.
    International orders can take anywhere between 5-14 days - but as with all orders, please allow 28 days before reporting your item missing if you have not recieved it.

  • How do you pack your orders?
    We take great care in packing our orders to ensure safe transit to your doorstep.  Each item comes presented on a Plastic Bat display card which is then bubble wrapped and packed into padded envelopes.

    Where possible we use recyclable materials,  we'd love it if you re-used or recylcled the packaging too!

  • Do you gift wrap?
    Yes!  For just £1.50 on top of your order total you can have your item presented in a cute brown kraft box made from 70% recycled paper.  We don't include invoices with orders (saves paper!) so you can have the item shipped direct to a friend in time for that special occasion.    Please be sure to re-use or recycle our boxes!  Gift wrap can be selected on each product page, if you wish to include more than one item in a box please contact us to ensure they will fit before ordering.


  • Can I reserve an item?
    No - all items are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first come, first served basis.

  • The item I want is sold out!
    We try to keep the store well stocked but with some items this is not always possible - if you are desperate to buy an out of stock item please contact us & we'll see what we can do.

  • Do you wholesale your jewellery?
    Yes!  We love to hear from potential stockists - if you own a boutique or established online store please contact us.  We are currently not taking consignment orders
