We aim to ship all orders within 3 days of the original purchase date, items are carefully packed in bubble envelopes, small or delicate items are also bubble wrapped to prevent damage.
Plastic Bat Designs is NOT responsible for items lost during transit. Should your order go missing we will try our best to track it but this is not always possible. By selecting recorded, special or airsure delivery you will be sent a tracking number - this will reduce the risk of loss.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you should wish to return your Plastic Bat purchase please contact us within 3 days of recieving your order. All items must be returned in the condition they arrived in with original packaging, worn returns cannot be accepted (unless a serious fault has occured). UK returns must be sent via 1st class, international by standard airmail, these shipping costs cannot be refunded.
